Human - centered. As Design professionals, we bring a human - centered approach to our craft. I do the same in my day-to-day. For me, this means valuing the relationships with stakeholders and demonstrating good-will in our interactions.

Pragmatic. As a wise person once said, “Good Design is Good Business.” I offer a balance to what can sometimes feel like a Design or Business push and pull. KPI’s and product outcomes are UX outcomes: we share the same goals.

Creative & Collaborative. Having worked in a variety roles and industries in product and service development, I’ve learned “the rules,” and when to tweak them. Together, we will develop an approach that meets our needs.
