Welcome to your 70’s condo

One of my favorite past times is flipping back and forth between Zillow and MTB project. I’m constantly on the hunt for the perfect location that gets me closest to the trails but hits all the sweet spots in terms of real estate. In my search, I also stay local (Pittsburgh). I moved here in February 2020 and have found it to be relatively easy to exist and feel at ease. The cycling community is the most welcoming I’ve across to date, the city has a good vibe, and I enjoy being able to both live a small-metro lifestyle while having access to fun singletrack. So I tell myself: if something interesting comes up, why not take a look?

Well, I definitely found something, and it’s definitely “interesting.” I don’t exactly know what will become of this place. I may resell or rent it. But for now — there is plenty of work to do. More than expected, I’m learning…
