I completed this small project as an assignment in a Software Documentation course at Carnegie Mellon University.

The assignment was to use DITA, an XML-based authoring architecture to document software. I chose to document GitHub CoPilot because I was unfamiliar with it and was curious how it worked. GitHub Copilot is a large piece of software to document so I chose a few user goals to focus on (asking CoPilot to write your code, proposing code fixes, show alternative code, etc.).

Iā€™m not a developer. So, for preparation I watched trainings offered through my employer, one through YouTube, and one focused on accessibility Deque.
